Ramp4x4 Terms of Use

Acceptance
By downloading or using Ramp4x4 ("the app") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Not medical advice
Ramp4x4 is a fitness tool, not a medical device. Heart-rate, VO₂ max, pace, and coaching cues are estimates for training guidance only and may be inaccurate. The app does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. High-intensity interval training carries inherent risk. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, and stop and seek help if you feel unwell. You use the app at your own risk.
Subscriptions
Ramp4x4 Premium is an auto-renewable subscription offered as a monthly or annual plan that unlocks the app's premium features. The current price for each plan is shown in the app before you purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renew, in your App Store account settings after purchase.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that plan.
Purchases, renewals, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's standard terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, reverse-engineer it, or attempt to circumvent purchase or licensing controls.
Disclaimer & liability
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from use of the app or reliance on its data.
Changes
These Terms may be updated; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
